DESIGN
VG10 - premium Japanese knife steel - in the core, forged by 37 layers low and high carbon stainless steel, with handle uniquely designed rugged surface fixed by hex bolts. It is one of a kind.
Its name is "GAI" came from a Japanese word meant "armor" wich is inspired by the handle.
BLADE
Damascus blade created by forging two steel with different hardness over and oved. Its edge is shaped and sharpened as "convex edge", so that it cuts into food easily but still holds good edge retention.
HANDLE
Made from linen Mikarta, which is durable, good corrosion resistance, strong against deterioration over time. Unique rugged surface prevents the knife slipping off the hands.
