The Tojiro scissors are made from high carbon stainless steel. The micro serrated blades are 70mm long and each side is made out of one piece of steel. They are fully detachable for easy cleaning and sharpening. The blades can open to 100 degrees. There is also integrated bottle opener, can opener and a nut cracker. Very solid!
