Status of product

Each product in our store has a status of product. What does it mean

  • In Stock. The product is in stock and is ready for immediate delivery / payment or purchase in our retail store at: Terbatas 12, Riga.
  • Delivery 5-7 business days (The product is in our partner's warehouse in Europe. After receiving the payment, we place the order and delivery immediately. Usually the process takes 5-7 working days)
  • Sold out. This product cannot be ordered and paid immediately. If you want to know when the goods will be available, please write to info@virtuveslietas.lv
  • By request. This product is currently not available in our warehouse, but you can order it by filling out the contact information. You will not receive an invoice, but only an order confirmation. We will contact you and tell when this product will be available.

How to do a payment?

  • Transfer to our Bank account after received Invoice to your e-mail. Invoice will be sent as soon as you finish an order.
  • By cash or Payment card in our shop at Terbatas 12, Riga.
  • Online via your internet bank (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor...) or payment card (VISA, Mastercard...).

Warranty and return policy

We respect each our customer and always try to find a compromise on outstanding issues, because each purchase in our shop have to bring а joy!

We guarantee that the goods conform to the specification at the time of purchase, and has no hidden defects. All goods has a standard 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

The Law on Consumer Protection provides that the consumer is entitled to a refund of quality goods for two weeks from the date of purchase if the product is purchased through the Internet.

If you do not like purchased goods, but you already used it, we can not return your money, based on 12.6. point of Law to protect the rights of consumers.
